The Environment Ministry is responsible for decorating the church to enhance our liturgies and reflect the liturgical seasons. During the liturgical year the Church unfolds the whole mystery of Christ, from His Incarnation and birth through His pas-sion, death and resurrection.
The tradition of decorating or not decorating the church for liturgical seasons and feasts heightens the awareness of the festive, solemn or penitential nature of these seasons. The sounds, sights, and fragrances of liturgical seasons, combine to create powerful, lasting impression of the rich and abundant graces unique to each of the seasons.
Our Art and Environment team is an adaptable crew of members who have been blessed with many talents and skills, and a practical work ethic.
We welcome men and women whose hearts and hands are ready and eager to prepare our house of worship.
