A Life in Christ Seminar(LCS) / Renewal / Recollection is a one day course, to be held on July 25th, 9am to 4:30pm, St Joseph Room, intended for nominal/lapsed Catholics. It’s purpose is to bring participants to a personal relationship with Jesus and to get them started on living a Spirit filled Christian life. Click here for additional information on LCS There are 5 basic ingredients: prayers, songs, teaching, group discussion and fellowship. There will be 5 talks geared towards evangelization or re-evangelization of our parishioners. Most needed, especially now with our declining mass attendance and financial situation.
The LCS on July 25th, 9am to 4:30pm, is the first of several renewals/recollections planned for the parish. Recommendation from parish leadership to their ministry members and other parishioners will be encouraged since future servants will be from previous participants.
Further documentation will be flowed to everyone. CFC-FFL has introduced the LCS to Auxiliary Bishop Cota and he recognizes the LCS. The Office of Evangelization at the Diocese has the manuals for LCSC (Live Christ Share Christ).
